  Crappy attitide or poor work ethics hard to say.But when a mum buying a birthday cake with two eagar kids is waiting in a empty cash line for more than 7 mts and no one between the three staff even bothered to acknowledge,you know it's dispicable service. This attitude continued even when we tried to get the attention of a staff .She mentioned she was busy too do help(like we were asking for a free meal) .Hope management takes notice and corrects such behaviour before they lose more business .we left the store with two disappointed kids and no cake.

  HORRIBLE. MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW H0W TO HANDLE ANY SITUATION . WE WERE THERE RECENTLY AND SPENT WELL OVER $60.00 FOR OUR LUNCH. WHEN WE HEARD OUR NUMBER CALLED WE WENT TO GRAB IT AS THEY TOLD US TO TAKE A SEAT. UNFPRTUNARLY THE STAFF THAT WAS GOING AROUND WITH OUR FOOD WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SHOVED OUR FOOD.AT US. Didn't think mucb out of it. When our kids we're done eating eating, we waited back in line so they could order there ice cream. We had the same individual and she must have been having a bad day. My daughter was explaining which one she wanted and her response was " could she hurry up we are busy and don't have time for her to look forever" I was floored and asked to speak to her manager. She became very rude and began talking about me to ther staff ( loudly)in front of my 7 year old daughter, and where everyone could hear her. The manager came and instead of taking me to the side and asking what happened, he said what are you waiting for? I told him what had transpired and what we were waiting for. He told us he would talk to her but right now it was about there lunch time and he didn't have time for it right now and could not do much. Kinda lost for words we did so.While waiting at the other counter, we continued to hear her curse me out and talk about me, telling ppl myself and my daughter were stupid and liars and screaming at me as to why I ruined her day and why I would ask to speak to a Manager? We did not respond as we were all in shock. Customers were outraged at what was happening and how long they were waiting for there food. The manager came back out and asked her to go serve other customers and asked us if once we got our food if we could go as he could not afford to loose her being understaffed. He did not apologize for her behaviour did not try and resolve the issue at all. I could not believe it. If this is what our society is about OMG I am scared for the next generation. Hopefully the staff will read this and understand that we took this very seriously and have made a complaint with the Food and Health Board , and have even thought of going public. I have never been more HUMILIATED in all my life. And the staff and manager made it seem as though we were inconvincing them when we asked to speak to someone quietly and discretely.

  Great food as usual and the play place was a godsend for the kids.
